These registers shall be created with a Master Data principle applied to key elements and be structured using industry adopted coding structure. The registers shall be collated in an open data format that can be managed by CFL and importable into any industry-standard Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) application. The 3 main data registers are: Vessel Asset Register. A comprehensive list of all assets on each vessel, broken down in accordance with the SFI coding structure. Maintenance Plan. Based upon OEM equipment types recorded in the Asset Register Parts Register. A Master Data list of parts, displayed per equipment type as detailed in the OEM Manuals and associated maintenance plan parts requirements. In addition to the above 3 registers, associated data tables will be required to populate the registers with standardised data..
