This contract will help meet the demand to manage press visits in response to enquiries and will also include copywriting for orkney.com and occasional publications for Orkney Marketing. It will include responding to media and press enquiries on a range of subjects, recognising the need to accommodate visits by instagrammers and bloggers who would then submit regular work for use by the social media management contractor. Visits which will lead to TV coverage, and international press coverage should be prioritised.

Renewal: Authority held options to extend the contract further two 12-month periods.
