## Notice

The design consultant services commission, for the New Kirkwall Nursery is for the provision of the following services and shall comprise the following roles: - Lead Consultant / Architect (including, but not limited to full architectural design and external landscaping) - Mechanical & Electrical Consultant - Structural & Civil Engineer - Principle Designer (Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015) The Lead Consultant shall be responsible for the full design of the project, CDM Regulations 2015 (Principle Designer) as well as the provision and full co-ordination of the Design Team including the Mechanical & Electrical Consultant and Structural & Civil Engineer and other Consultants as required for the project
