## Summary

The Scottish Police Authority is planning to procure a Temporary Staff Managed Service to address its need for additional temporary resources, particularly Project Managers, Business Analysts, and PMO resources. This procurement process is classified under the services category and has a budget of £500,000. The contract aims to ensure a consistent supply of skilled temporary staff to support critical projects and transformation needs. Key dates to note include the future notice date set for 22nd February 2021, as the procurement is currently at the planning stage.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses specialising in staffing services, particularly those providing temporary or flexible staffing solutions. Companies with expertise in project management, business analysis, or the provision of PMO support would be well-positioned to compete. As the Scottish Police Authority seeks to appoint a single supplier on a managed service basis, firms capable of demonstrating their capacity to fulfil short-term staffing requirements efficiently will find this a valuable opportunity to grow their business through public contracts.
