The "corporate" annual value will be approximately 10000 Pounds Sterling for each Lot. There is no guarantee given with regard to the Council's overall spend or uptake. ### Lot Information

Lot 2 - Bespoke/Leadership Development

The Council is looking for a sole provider to deliver our annual 7 day leadership development programme. The course content must specifically be developed to align to the Council's leadership competencies, 5 capabilities and workplace values. The programme may also require use of Psychometric Testing, 360 feedback, 1/1 coaching, role plays with assessment/feedback to support the programme. In addition, there may be a requirement to develop a new bespoke "Corporate" event or a request from a Senior Manager/Head of Service/Director to address a specific team/departmental need e.g. Team Building following a departmental restructure.. Bidders must complete the Master ITT and Lot (s) ITT they wish to bid for sole supplier appointed after evaluation

Renewal: After the 24 months framework period expires we have 2 extension periods of up to 12 months each.

Lot 1 Corporate Training Calendar

We are looking for a maximum 3 providers to be appointed to framework after evaluation who can provide a wide range of typical off the shelf workplace training courses such as Taking Notes & Minutes, Negotiating Skills, Creativity & Innovation, Facilitation Skills, Coaching Skills for Managers, Handling Difficult Conversations/People, Supervisory Skills, Managing Remote Worker, Problem Solving & Decision Making etc. Bidders must complete the Master ITT and Lot (s) ITT they wish to bid for. Maximum 3 suppliers appointed after evaluation
