Currie & Brown UK Limited as the appointed Project Manager and Multi Disciplinary design team are currently working in partnership with East Renfrewshire Council on the design and preparing of documentation to bring the construction element of this project to market. Include with this PIN notice are phasing strategy slides developed during RIBA Stage 2, feedback is sought from Tier 1 contractors with previous experience of delivering new build education campuses for each Phase - from Enabling through Phases 1 to 7. For each Phase, we request Tier 1 contract please comment on: -site logistics -Health and safety -Minimising disruption to the learning experience -Risk -Opportunities -Potential adjustment to Phasing to benefit overall delivery.
