This Request for Information (RFI) is being issued to gather information from the market place for potential procurement options related to the provision of a Resource Planning solution for the ICT Department with The Police Service of Scotland (PSOS)/Scottish Police Authority (SPA). The ICT department are currently transforming Demand Management & Resource Planning processes, to enable the professional management and prioritisation of demand, to accurately plan resources and skills, in order to deliver the ICT requirements of Police Scotland, now and in the future. The desired application will work with existing Police Scotland application/systems and data, to link demand with ICT's resource, illustrating when demand outweighs resource/skills and when resource is available. The application must work with ICT's demand categories and priority levels, the application must be customisable to work with the requirements from Police Scotland. User friendly can be a wide ranging term, but it is imperative that the application takes very little time to update and operate within to keep accurate at all times. Providing key resource planning stats at all department levels, with ease to navigate and to customise at all demand, structural and skill levels
