Castle Semple Country Park (the "Park") is the most popular attraction within Clyde Muirshiel Regional Park. The Park's 360,000 yearly visitors enjoy quality landscapes and an accessible network of routes that provide access to natural and built heritage. Park staff lead a programme of educational and leisure activity, supporting 8000 participants a year. The Park is a key resource for other private, community and voluntary organisations and supports their delivery of leisure, sporting and environmental pursuits.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
