Lot 1

Midlothian Council seeks an EAP service to support the health and wellbeing of its employees and elected member officials of the Council providing free confidential counselling on work, family and personal issues. Access should be available 24/7 by email, online or phone and should provide short term support, counselling and guidance, if longer term support is necessary guidance and resources on how to access this should be provided by the EAP provider. This will enable employees to remain at work and, for absent employees, help to facilitate a return to work.

Renewal: Option to extend the initial 3 year period (36 months) by a further two periods of up to 12 months.
