## Summary

The University of Strathclyde in Glasgow is planning a tender for the supply, delivery, and commissioning of a dilution refrigerator, with a formal notice issued for interested parties. This initiative, categorised under the education industry, involves the procurement of various goods that will support advanced scientific research. Interested suppliers must register their interest by 5th March 2021, with a future notice date set for 12th March 2021, indicating an upcoming opportunity for engagement. The procurement process is prepared under the framework of GPA, signalling adherence to global trade agreements.

This tender presents a significant opportunity for suppliers specialising in advanced scientific equipment, particularly those with expertise in cryogenic systems and turn-key solutions. Companies that manufacture or distribute high-performance refrigeration technology, as well as those providing technical support and integration services, would be well-suited to compete. Successful bidders will be expected to deliver and install complex machinery, ensuring technical performance aligned with stringent specifications, thereby positioning them for growth in a niche market driven by technological innovation.
