## Notice

The Creativity Portal, an important tool in delivering many of Education Scotland's priorities and a key deliverable of Scotland's Creative Learning Plan needs to be brought up to date and made sustainable for the 2020s.There are three key requirements for the work:* Accounts: Removal of the Create An Account and Sign In processes and associated data* Security: Upgrading of the code in the web site to ensure the site is acceptably secure and meets Scottish Government recommended digital security standards and data protection laws* Accessibility: Upgrading of the code and some functionality to ensure that the site adheres to the Education Scotland Websites Accessibility Policy and complies with the AA standards of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 as soon after September 2020 in order to comply with government accessibility guidelines.There are no design changes required and the look and functionality of the site is to remain unaffected by the changes.
