Reception, Processing, Treatment & Recycling of Mixed Scrap Metal Further / mini competition under the Scotland Excels Dynamic Purchasing System - Treatment and Disposal of Recyclable and Residual Waste (27-17) Lot 7 - Treatment of Mixed Scrap Metal The Council require a competent provider to carry out the processing, treatment and recycling of scrap metal collected by Waste Services at the household waste recycling centres (HWRC).
