Contract Administration) Principal Designer Chartered Surveyor The projects which Thenue HA anticipate procuring under this Framework include:- - Internal refurbishment of flats, either in groups or on a 'one-off basis' - Kitchen renewals.either in groups or on a 'one-off' basis. - Bathroom renewals, either in groups or on a 'one-off' basis. - Window replacements. - Common repairs to tenement properties including repairs to external walls, repairs / renewals to roof coverings and rot eradication works, all ranging in value from X GBP to Y GBP. The duration of this Framework is a maximum of 4 years. Thenue HA will review performance after 2 years and either extend the Framework for 1 year OR re-tender the opportunity. This process will be repeated at the end of year 3, if the Framework has been extended.
