The MTCA for Legal Services will be for a 3-year period with the option to extend for 2 x single 1 year periods solely at CVG's discretion. Lot 1: Procurement, Construction, Acquisitions & Property Conveyancing Lot 2: Housing and Estate Management which includes Factoring Lot 3: Governance, Financial Management and Charity We are seeking interest from organisations that can provide all of the above Lot & Categories services to CVG, due to the nature of the services involved in this MTCA; this tender has been split into three (3) Lots to reduce any risk associated with delivery of the service with only 1 supplier. It is our intention to only appoint a minimum of two (2) bidders for all Lots. The supplier with the Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT) will be awarded to each Lot however to mitigate any risk to the CVG, we will not appoint the same supplier to Lot 1, Lot 2 and Lot 3. It is our preference that all suppliers show interest in all 3 Lots & Categories.
