### Lot Information

Lot 1

The Contractor will be required to carry out a physical on-site condition surveys of any or all buildings and areas of the institution addressing both 'Building Fabric' and 'building services' elements in a consistent manner across the whole estate. They will also undertake an Equality and Diversity DDA access audit within the buildings. The Surveys shall provide the University with a comprehensive, reliable and independent account of their building stock and the extent to which the estate fails to comply with relevant legislation.

Options: Award against framework: EFM1030AP Condition Surveys In line with Regulation 72 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015, this Contract may be modified without a new procurement procedure in accordance with the permitted modification justification with the Regulations.
