The total length of the contract will be 36 months. The initial period of 12 month and 2 x 12-month extensions subject to acceptable performance by the supplier. The Development and Membership team will look to work in partnership with the Contractor to refine and implement an optimal solution to maximise visitor membership recruitment and visitor giving.
