Introduction 1. The Agricultural Analysis Unit in RESAS (RESAS-AAU) has responsibility for conducting large scale agricultural surveys and meeting reporting requirements domestically and international requirements on agri-food production. Background & Context 2. RESAS-AAU administer in-house surveys, conduct the analysis and produce economic and other statistical reports. All of this work is conducted within a project environment, and across the programme of work, the scale of the risks to business continuity, maintenance of the systems and other legislative and regulatory changes necessitates an evaluation of the current business operations.

Scope /Statement of Requirement 3. This initial piece of work will be to facilitate staff in AAU to map current operational landscape of AAU, provide some introductory training for key staff in the unit that introduces the concepts of change management and provide an initial scoping of internal user requirements. 4. In scope for this project is the initial review of systems and processes and future requirements to build a wider Change Programme. 5. These elements will form together to help staff in AAU scope out a wider Change Programme which is the requirement for this project. The delivery of the Change Programme or wider stakeholder engagement requirements are beyond this project and its scope.
