Further developments are now required to build on this development. This work will be sourced externally, and will involve the development of a digital application by either build on what has already been developed, or by starting afresh with an entirely new solution.. Argyll and Bute Council recognises the value of market participants having the opportunity to contribute to the development of the procurement strategy on a non-competitive and non-judgemental basis. It would be appreciated therefore if you could provide your views and comments on the attached Request for Supplier Information Doc.
