The need for services is expected to increase in line with the growing needs of an ageing population. ### Lot Information Lot 1 The Council is intending to use a bespoke procurement approach, in compliance with Regulation 76 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015, which permits a contracting authority to determine the procedure that is to be applied in connection with the award of a contract, which shall be at least sufficient to ensure compliance with the principles of transparency and equal treatment of economic operators. The Council has determined that this bespoke procurement approach "PSA" is the best way to procure Care at Home services for individuals within its Council area, whilst also meeting its responsibilities under the Social Care (Self Directed Support) (Scotland) Act 2013.
