INTRODUCTION Dundee City Council are progressing with a proposal for a Winter Festival in City Square for the whole calendar month of December 2021 Bidders should firstly, lodge their Note of Interest on PCS in this project. This PIN will remain open until end of May after which tenders will be uploaded with the opportunities for bidders to submit price etc The tenders will then of course be evaluated individually for each of the elements of requirement and where possible DCC will be engaging suppliers from any "live" frameworks The evaluations will be carried out based on both cost/quality which will be detailed in the offers to be uploaded. It would also be beneficial if bidders could email rebecca.rodgers@dundeecity.gov.uk details of what you can offer
