Given the requirement for qualified personnel to ensure high-quality delivery, firms with experienced teams will find this tender particularly appealing as they can leverage their expertise to grow their engagement with local government contracts. ## Notice Aberdeenshire Council seeks to appoint a suitably experienced consultant to prepare and write a project Exit Report for the Fraserburgh 2021 CARS/TH Regeneration Scheme. ### Lot Information Lot 1 1.1 Aberdeenshire Council seeks to appoint a suitably experienced consultant to prepare and write a project Exit Report for the Fraserburgh 2021 CARS/TH Regeneration Scheme in accordance with HLF Guidance document HLF Evaluation Good Practice August 2017 Appendix A. 1.2 The Fraserburgh CARS/TH Project Exit Report, requires to be an evidence based report on the outputs and assessment of the project and is a requirement to be produced at the end of the project and is an HLF end of project requirement. 1.3 Suitably experienced consultants are invited to submit a fee bid to cover all aspects of preparing and publishing an Exit Report for the Fraserburgh CARS/TH Regeneration Scheme. The Fraserburgh CARS/TH ends on the 31st of December 2021 and an Exit Report is now due to be produced.
