## Summary

The Irvine Housing Association Limited is seeking expressions of interest for its Repairs and Maintenance Contract, valued at £21 million. This procurement, classified under the works category, is located in Ayrshire, Dumfries and Galloway, and is currently at the award stage following completion of the tender process. The contract will be awarded to a single service provider with an initial term of 10 years, extendable to 15 years. Bidders had until 17 June 2021 to submit their proposals, following a selective procurement method using a competitive dialogue procedure.

This contract presents an excellent opportunity for businesses that specialise in housing maintenance and repairs, particularly those capable of delivering a broad range of services, including responsive repairs and adaptation works. Companies with significant experience in managing large-scale contracts and robust ICT solutions will be well-positioned to compete. Additionally, firms that can demonstrate a strong track record in customer satisfaction and effective complaint management are likely to appeal to the buyer, enhancing their chances of being shortlisted and ultimately awarded the contract.
