## Notice

### Lot Information

Lot 1

The Council has a requirement for the provision of laboratory analysis of landfill samples in relation to List I and II parameter sampling. The samples for analysis will be from both groundwater and leachate boreholes from closed landfill sites. The sampling analysis must be able to meet the lower detection limit as stated in Tender documents attached in order to meet the licence requirements and the requirements of this ITT.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Renewal: The Council shall have the sole option of extending for a further period of up to a maximum of 12 months.
