## Notice

East Ayrshire Council (EAC) wishes to appoint consultants to assist with the development of:-1. an updated framework and strategy for the regeneration of Kilmarnock Town Centre and areas lying adjacent to the town centre, known as South Central Kilmarnock; and,2. a sustainable, long term framework and development strategy for the town of Stewarton.It is proposed that elements of both frameworks and strategies that relate to placemaking and land use planning matters specifically will be incorporated into the next Local Development Plan for East Ayrshire (known as EALDP2), either within the Plan itself or in supplementary planning guidance.
