## Notice

The service will consist of an out of hours key holding and alarm call out response service for Ayrshire College's Hill Street, Kilmarnock campus KA1 3HY; Nethermains, Kilwinning site KA13 6PS and the three buildings on the Dam Park, Ayr campus, KA8 0EU. The Service is for a response service to any incident e.g. alarm activation when the College is closed. The contractor will be required to arrive at the site when a fire or intruder alarm has been triggered. The Contractor's staff will enter the building without the presence of either the emergency services or College staff and carry out a security sweep of the full site, locate the activated alarm and on completion of the search, re-set the alarm system on exit. Ideally the contractor staff should arrive on-site within an hour and all bidders are asked to give their guaranteed on-site response time as part of their tender submission.

Options: The contract is for 2 years with the option to extend for a further 12 months.
