The nursery has a gross internal area of 457.3 square metres and will accommodate a total of 56 children at any one time.. The initial contract period will be for 4 years, plus 4 optional 12 month extensions. The duration of the contract is 4+4 years. The estimated contract value is based on the income/turnover for 4 years (per child per funded hours) assuming full occupancy, delivering funded places to all eligible children over all year period (excluding 2 weeks at Christmas).
