Carry out junction extension and road re-alignment works at The Wards junction and to extend the existing culvert beneath. Carry out road - re-surfacing works on The Wards up to the level crossing (Separately funded). Works are to undertake localised repairs to the nearby Tyock Burn Culvert in Elgin Between the ASDA carpark entrance and the railway line. (Separately funded)
