There are up to 56 paintings in total, split into two groups; - Group 1 contains 17 paintings. - Group 2 contains 39 paintings (subject to budget) The works are predominantly oil paintings from a range of date periods, and most are framed. The frames are in a variety of styles, ranging from ornate gilded frames to simple modern styles, and a small number of works are unframed. The works are a variety of sizes and weights.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.
