The purpose of the Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to gauge the markets readiness and ability to deliver the requirements. This PIN is for market research purposes only and is not a call for competition. Renfrewshire Council will not be responsible to meet the costs of respondent's involvement in this market consultation.
