### Lot Information

Lot 1

HIAL had a requirement for the replacement of x44 (in total) Individual Mobile Column Vehicle Lifts in sets of 4 or 6. The lifts proposed had to be battery powered and cable free to provide greater flexibility, increased effieciency, and improved Health and Safety for the operators. There was a further requirement for the associated Annual Servicing and Maintenance Support of all 44 replacement lifts, as well as the 10 lifts already in place at Inverness Airport - a total of x54 lifts. The annual servicing and maintenance support will be required for the term of the contract.

Options: There may also be a requirement for HIAL to source more Wireless Mobile Column Vehicle Lifts of the same type, or other similar associated equipment, though-out the term of this contract, although this is not guaranteed.

Renewal: There will be provision to extend annually by a further two years if mutually agreed and depending on performance.
