The intention is that all 13 blocks will be surveyed annually by using ultra high-resolution digital imagery (min 4K resolution), that has been gathered utilising un-manned aerial vehicle (UAV) technology covering all elevations and returns, from ground level to roof line. Additionally, we seek to have all roofs, flashings and window interfaces recorded, with a general overview taken of the roof condition in addition to all elevations.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016. Renewal: The contract will run for an initial two-year duration.
