The current listed share portfolio comprises of four main holdings, listed on the New York, London, NASDAQ and AIM markets respectively and with a current net book value of c. GBP50m. This proposed framework will encompass the current listed share portfolio and any future listed shares that Scottish Enterprise may own as a result of its investment activities into early stage Scottish private companies.

Renewal: Initial period of the Framework will be for 36 months with the option to extend by 1 period of 12 months.
