Services include: clearing out gutters; ensuring gutters & downpipes are running clear; bagging, removal and disposal of waste; record photographs/videos of all gutters cleared and roof repairs required; roof anchor certification and maintaining a roof anchor testing schedule; all cost to include any scaffold and access platforms and working platforms for completion of the works. This is a re-advertisement due to the lack of interest, it should be noted that there has been no changes to the SPD, Quality or Pricing documents. As outlined in the attached "SPD and Price & Quality Method Statement Criteria and Scoring Evaluation - GC & RAT" Renewal: The provision of gutter cleaning and roof anchor inspection services for the period of 3+1+1 [potentially maximum to be 5-years] period to 2025/26.
