### Lot Information

Lot 1

WLC require replacement hardware for their current Windows infrastructure to provide shorter patching windows and ensure that the capacity meets current and future business requirements. The procurement of new servers will enable the migration of the business applications and the decommissioning of the current environment. The current system and the new system will run in parallel during the migration process. The solution must be capable of providing the service for a minimum seven-year period and must include all maintenance and support costs for this period. These servers are required for both the Corporate and the Education estate. The NHSSBS Digital Work Place Solutions Framework was identified as a compliant route to market. A Direct Award was undertaken in compliance with the call off procedures detailed within the Purchasing Reference Guidance for the Framework in line with its Terms and Conditions.. Award Criteria weightings were not applied as a direct award was made via the Digital Workplace Solutions framework.
