Lot 1

River Clyde Homes requires to procure the services of an experienced and competent company to provide an 'Out of Hours' telephony service for our tenants. A detailed specification for the service required is provided at Appendix F. This should be read and fully understood before submitting a tender response. The service must be implemented and operational by Monday 4th October, only companies who can meet this timescale should submit a tender offer.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.

Renewal: The contract will run for an initial one year duration. RCH may wish at its sole discretion to extend any resultant agreement for up to a further three twelve month periods subject to the agreement of the successful bidder.
