## Summary

The Procurement for Housing Ltd (trading as PfH Scotland) has completed the award of the "PfH Decorative Solutions & Associated Services Framework," a procurement process initiated to support the social housing sector. This tender falls under the goods category and employs an open procurement method. The framework, established on 1 December 2021, has an initial contract period of three years, with the potential for a one-year extension. The buying organisation is located at Lomond Court, Stirling, and serves a wide-reaching client base in the UK which manages a considerable portion of the social housing stock.

This framework presents significant opportunities for businesses operating within the decorative solutions industry, particularly those offering products such as paints, wall coverings, and decorative tools. Suppliers able to provide redeemable solutions and associated services, as well as those equipped to meet the regional infrastructure needs for delivery, will find suitable placement within this framework. Companies like PPG Architectural Coatings, Wilko Retail, and Crown Paints have already established themselves as successful contenders, indicating a competitive environment that favours large-scale suppliers with strong distribution capabilities.
