The Supply & Distribution of Dairy & Chilled Products to council locations including but not limited to central production kitchen Cook Freeze who produce approximately 7000 meals per day for schools, Early Years, Homes for Life & Day Care Centres. The successful bidder will also provide products to Encore Hospitality, who may offer cafe and banqueting services within Glasgow City Chambers and Glasgow Life venues that may include gyms, the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall, City Halls, Glasgow City Chambers, Old Fruit Market, Mitchell Library, St. Mungo's Museum of Religious Art & Life, Kelvinhall Gallery of Modern Art and Kelvingrove Art Gallery & Museum. The Burrell Collection, Emirates Arena, Tramway Theatre and the Lighthouse..
