The service will also develop a Young People recovery community to move the Young People into sustainable and visible recovery communities.

Lot 1

NHS Lanarkshire, on behalf of South Lanarkshire Alcohol and Drug Partnership (SLADP), wish to commission an organisation(s) who as the lead provider(s) will work alongside South Lanarkshire Alcohol and Drug Partnership to ensure Young People who are detached from mainstream services or who struggle to maintain engagement, are supported to develop clear pathways into treatment and recovery initiatives using a flexible outreach and wrap around support approach. The service will also develop a Young People recovery community to move the Young People into sustainable and visible recovery communities.

Renewal: - Extensions to the contract will be dependent on the continuation of Scottish Government funding at current levels. Up to two (2) 12 month extensions to the contract may be made at the sole discretion of NHS Lanarkshire.
