Minimum specification required: - 39 x Desk Phones (simply button / display and speed dial buttons) FAX SIP (Paragon HA currently use ISDN) Voicemail (Including the ability for group voicemail) PC / Thin Client software Time for installation and Training The system should also include at as a minimum the following: - Business continuity/recovery Caller identification Extension forwarding to follow person if off site. Client telephone numbers stored in the system. Conference calling On hold music If unable to access office - divert to multiple lines. The capacity to be expanded if staff numbers were to increase. Reporting.
