## Notice

This survey work will build on previous survey work Crown Estate Scotland has carried out with tenants since 2017.

Lot 1

Tenant and stakeholder insight and feedback is critical to ensuring Crown Estate Scotland operates efficiently and effectively. For tenants, it helps ensure that we are aware of critical issues, be it strategic issues related to their operating environment or more practical matters relating to their property or day-to-day operations. It allows us to respond, where appropriate, to any concerns or issues raised related to our business operations, communication, the work of our managing agents, or any other aspects of our service. Surveys allows us to understand longer term aspirations, as well as areas where Crown Estate Scotland is doing well or could improve. Surveys also lets our tenants and stakeholders know that we are keen to listen to their feedback and respond to it. Reports allow us to establish a baseline for subsequent targets and continual improvement and allows us to monitor performance and opinion over time and to identify any trends emerging. Surveys have been running since 2017 across all tenant groups and with stakeholders. As part of reporting, the contractor will be required to reflect on previous surveys and draw out any useful comparison and trends that may be emerging. Please note that for some tenant groups - Carbon Capture and Storage, seaweed, and ZeroFour tenants - this contract will be the first time they have been surveyed.

Options: The contract will run for an initial period of three years with options to extend for up to three further periods of up to 12 months at the sole discretion of Crown Estate Scotland and subject to satisfactory performance, available funding and strategic fit with the priorities of Crown Estate Scotland.
