Lot 1

The Scottish Ministers, through the Scottish Government (SG) were looking to award a contract for the Agile (Scrum) Delivery of a technology solution for Other Government Department's (OGD's), built on an OutSystems platform. Specifically, the contract relates to the Data Sharing Portal (DSP) which will replace planned processes that will exist in the Agency and involves the handling and sharing of data that may be classed as OFFICIAL SENSITIVE. The procurement also included three future capabilities that the Buyer may ask the Supplier to provide. These were clearly outlined in the Specification. The total estimated contract value does not include these future capabilities.

Options: There is an option to extend the Contract by two (2) periods of six (6) months from the expiry of the Initial Term.
