The current system is extremely complex and contains forms, checks, alerts and workflows and is not a simple case management system. ### Lot Information Lot 1 The system we are looking to replace is the core system used in the Commission for service user records, correspondence logs, workflow and reporting that is now coming towards end-of-life. We are looking for a modern system to replace this, a digital or cloud-based solution may best suit our requirements but will also consider other options.
