### Lot Information

Lot 1

The purpose of this work is for the appointed consultant to provide and coordinate competent persons with relevant experience and knowledge in Offshore Wind, Project Development, and Health & Safety to assist in the evaluation of ScotWind Leasing applications. The work includes: - Provision of a team of reviewers capable of evaluating each application to ScotWind Leasing, including Commercial specialist and Health & Safety specialist reviewers; - Number of applications to be evaluated is now known (74). - A period of training for the Reviewer Team provided by Crown Estate Scotland and/or the First Reviewer Team); - Evaluation and moderation of ScotWind Leasing applications; and - Ad-hoc post-valuation support.

Options: At the point of procurement there were still a number of areas of uncertainty particularly in relation to number of applications to be evaluated as part of delivery of the services, however by conclusion these had been resolved.
