### Lot Information

Lot 1

This project will advance the long-term development strategy for the Scottish Enterprise owned site at Orchardton Woods, Cumbernauld. The aim of the project will be to secure planning permission in principle for a mixed-use masterplan, based on the Scottish Government endorsed 20 Minute Neighbourhood principle. Once a development strategy has been agreed with key stakeholder North Lanarkshire Council, Scottish Enterprise will then procure a lead developer to implement the masterplan. Further detail is included in the Invitation to Tender documentation.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Renewal: There is an option for Scottish Enterprise to extend this contract for a further 2 month period. This will be on a time only basis, should it be required to achieve completion of the services. This is additional to the 8 month period detailed above.
