## Summary

The Scottish Natural Heritage, operating as NatureScot, is currently conducting a procurement process for the "Scottish Outdoor Access Code Awareness Monitoring" project, aimed at assessing adult awareness and understanding of the Scottish Outdoor Access Code across Scotland. This tender, classified under the services category and primarily focused on environmental protection, employs an open procurement method. The tender period is scheduled to end on 27 October 2021 at 17:00, with the total estimated value of the contract set at £55,000 for a potential five-year engagement involving five surveys, with an initial commitment to just two surveys for 2021 and 2022.

This project presents significant opportunities for market research companies, particularly those experienced in online survey methodologies. Businesses that focus on environmental studies, public awareness campaigns, or research methodologies aligned with public policy and environmental issues would be well-suited to compete for this contract.
