The objective of the proposed works is to replace the existing toilets with toilets fit for use, reports have raised concerns that children are refusing to use them and this causing medical issues. The toilets themselves have issues with noise and temperature, tiles falling from the walls, cubicle doors can be lifted off and the porous flooring is beginning to crack.
