### Lot Information

Lot 1

River Clyde Homes are looking to procure a competent and experienced company to undertake the servicing, maintenance and replacement of MVHRs and low rise and high rise fans. Each MVHR unit requires to be serviced twice per year. Low and high rise fans require to be serviced once per year. The servicing requirement is detailed within the attached Pricing Schedule. The successful bidder must be BPEC accredited and adhere to 18th edition IEE wiring regulations.. Due to the reactive nature of elements of this contract the value is an anticipated cost.

Renewal: The contract will run for an initial two-year duration. RCH may wish, at its sole discretion, to extend any resultant agreement for up to an additional two, 12-month periods, subject to the agreement of the successful bidder.
