Lot 1

It is Ayrshire Housing's intention to enter into a Framework Agreement for Roof Replacement for the next four years. The Framework Conditions will be the latest edition of the SBCC Framework Agreement for use in Scotland. The contract conditions for all Framework Orders will be SBCC Design and Build Contract for use in Scotland, 2016 Edition. The Framework will comprise the re-roofing of approximately 197nr properties over a three year period from 2022 to 2025.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
