This is in acknowledgement that existing "care at home" providers in Edinburgh already support a wider group of people - approximately 25% of people supported by "care at home" providers are under the age of 65 years with a range of support needs linked to Learning Disabilities, Mental Health and/or Physical Disabilities and not to old age and frailty. ### Lot Information Lot 1 The purpose of this PIN is to engage with the market and inform them of the change to the scope of the project.
