Package covers all parts and labour for call out arising due to failure due to faulty parts or normal wear and tear. - Initial set up fees - Adding Mi Office to a coin only machine - Annual Mi Office - FLS to receive Monthly report for each machine. Unknown Requirement: - Reactive repairs - Any damages that fall outside of the maintenance package is charged at an additional cost.
